Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at knittworksindia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Refunds
    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
    • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
    • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

  • Cancellation Policy

KnittWorks.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, Cancellations will be considered only if the shipping is not yet made for the order. The customer may, however, track the status of the order online.

  • Shipping
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

Certain Products / Services are non-returnable and Non Refundable: such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund/return policy.

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy

KnittWorks.com believes has partnered with Accord Global Express – a leading logistics provider in India, to ensure that all our products reach you in the best of conditions with minimum to no damages. We ensure using the best quality Packaging Material from reliable vendors and ensure thorough testing of package-worthiness before using them for shipping and delivery of our products.

In rare cases where you are not satisfied with the quality of the product delivered to you, we welcome you to drop an email to knittworksindia@gmail.com or visit your nearest store, where we’ll look into the issue and address it on a case by case basis.

KnittWorks.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the logistics partner (Delivery) and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all home delivery orders will be done to the Shipping Address mentioned while placing the order online and should reach you in a maximum of 7 to10 business days.

  • KnittWorks.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
