Where we ship
We ship across India. For orders outside India, the shipping cost and delivery estimate are shown at checkout.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order within India.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Remote areas, including parts of the North-East and Jammu & Kashmir, can take a few days longer. During festival weeks such as Diwali, couriers can add 1–2 days, so order early if it is a gift.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will get your tracking details by email once the order is on its way.

Large frames
Larger frames may arrive flat-packed with simple corner connectors. Assembly takes a few minutes and instructions are included in the box.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and the product and send them to knittworksindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-8123209203 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
