ART DESCRIPTION

A rangoli flower opens in three rings of pointed petals: mint, peach, lilac and butter yellow on the outside, white at the centre around a rose-pink core. Two rings of white dots frame it, with simple kolam loops on either side.

This is Diwali for the minimalist home. The pastels are gentle and airy, so the festive feeling comes through without strong colour. It reads as a calm floral long after the festival.
